Our venue this year was the Earth Hub in the restored chapel at 235 Haven Road, the former site of The Chapel Cafe. Nelson photographer and activist Jose Cano generously allowed us the facility as it is not only just across the road from the menzshed, but also more spacious and better appointed than our own smoko rooms. We were fortunate to have present both Murray Leaning (Mitre 10 Mega sponsor) and the Honourable Nick Smith MP who has agreed to be our patron. Nick’s father is a menzshed member in Australia.
