Shed report to Committee January 2024
General Attendance is currently steady with between 15 and 20 sheddies turning up.
Front desk diary The front desk diary set up by Grant Pinkham is working well as we now have a fully transparent system to track the jobs as they come in and are completed. We must continue to log all activity in the diary so that we have an accurate record of our day-to-day activities.
Outside Community projects
Grove Street Kindergarten A sophisticated raised garden project was completed. This project required no materials supplied by us as ITM supplied the materials directly to the kindergarten and our involvement was purely labour. Mark Cox produced the working drawings, Richard Watson coordinated the production and Denis Moriaty, Wayne Logan, Sam Bodas and Phil McKinlay Completed the on job assembly

At this stage there is a glitch involving the location of the unit and so final installation will be completed at a later date.
